How to Enrol

To enrol on a course at Tops, please complete the enrolment form and return it to us with the required deposit or course fee.

Enrolment form can be downloaded from our website in a PDF file format (see below) or you can contact us by telephone, email or post to request a form.

Completed forms should be returned to us:

An acknowledgement will be sent to you by post, once we have processed your enrolment form.
